The Lifestyles Fitness Suite has grown over the years and continues to improve and  provide a first class training facility at very affordable prices.

The suite Was recently refurbished and kitted out with a comprehensive range of Pulse Fitness cardiovascular and fix resistance equipment. The functional and free weight areas were also revamped and offer a great space for working out. each area contains an array of equipment to help you get the most from your training. 

A New addition to the gym is the Pulse fitness stepmill that allows you to explore stunning locations while you workout. 

The gym also houses a Powerplate and a Wattbike, two pieces of equipment designed to give that bit extra to your workout.
